He/she will coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution processes while maintaining organization, safety standards, and efficient workflows. Additionally, the warehouse manager will handle vendor communication, shipping logistics, and basic reporting to support smooth day-to-day operations and overall business productivity.Salary Range$60,000 - $70,000HoursMonday - Friday 7am - 4pm OR 8am - 5pmKey ResponsibilitiesManage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping of materials and products, and invoicingMaintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control systemsCoordinate with multiple departments to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, shipped on time, and that customer expectations are effectively managedDevelop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracyEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards; promote a safe working environmentOptimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiencyOversee shipping documentation and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillmentProduce weekly reports showing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipmentsManage warehouse budgets, supplies, and equipment maintenanceEnforce security protocols for controlled inventory, including restricted access and tracking proceduresEnsure proper labeling, packaging, and shipping documentation in accordance with regulatory and customer requirementsManage warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and ensure regular maintenance and safe operationDrive truck for daily runs between buildingsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)Certified Forklift Trainer3–7 years of warehouse or logistics management experience, preferably in manufacturingStrong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
