Overview In this role, you build foundational backend services for Pave’s compensation platform, enabling scalable, data-intensive workflows. You’ll focus on authentication, data infrastructure, and models powering compensation insights, collaborating across product and platform teams. You’ll work on large, ambiguous initiatives that shape how clients plan and communicate pay.
