This system is designed to sense, interpret, and train human performance in real-time, with a focus on ingesting multimodal bio signals, estimating human state, and executing closed-loop adaptation. The successful candidate will be responsible for scaling and hardening this real-time, multimodal, closed-loop intelligence system, ensuring its integration with AI-driven state modeling and adaptive training within an immersive VR runtime. Core responsibilities include defining system boundaries, guiding the evolution to a modular platform architecture, and leading the team in the deployment of production-grade AI/ML. Applicants for the VP, Platform position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' engineering leadership experience, with a strong background in large-scale platform architecture. The role requires expertise in architecting and shipping real-time, state-driven or event-driven systems, as well as production experience in deploying AI/ML systems and integrating them into user-facing products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing multimodal or high-frequency data systems, and the ability to transition from tightly integrated systems to scalable, service-oriented architecture. Team and technical leadership skills are essential, including the ability to build and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams and establish engineering standards.
