With a network of 400+ affiliated practices across the U.S., we provide best-in-class business and marketing support so dentists can focus on changing lives through exceptional patient care.**Job Purpose**Affordable Care is seeking an experienced **Senior Social Media Manager** to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of organic social media content across Affordable Care's national and local social platforms. This role is responsible for managing brand presence across **Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube** , while establishing standards, guidelines, and performance benchmarks that support both national brand objectives and local market execution.The Senior Social Media Manager serves as the central owner of patient-facing social content, partnering closely with internal teams, supported practices, and external agencies to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective social media content and community engagement across all managed pages.**Essential Functions**+ Develop and manage organic social media strategies across **Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube** in support of national brand and marketing objectives+ Lead content planning, execution, and optimization for Affordable Care's national social media channels+ Establish content frameworks, calendars, and posting guidelines to support consistent execution across **local Facebook and Instagram pages**+ Develop, implement, and maintain a scalable, best-in-class user-generated content (UGC) funnel across a network of 400+ supported practices, including content intake, review, approvals, and publishing standards+ Establish clear UGC usage guidelines, including patient consent requirements, HIPAA-safe practices, and brand-compliant content standards, in partnership with legal and compliance teams+ Serve as the primary point of coordination for patient-generated social content, ensuring appropriate review, storage, and usage across channels+ Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing workflows+ Develop and maintain community management standards and response guidelines, including moderation practices, escalation protocols, and tone-of-voice direction+ Oversee comment moderation, engagement practices, and reputation considerations in alignment with brand and compliance requirements+ Define performance benchmarks and KPIs for organic social media content and UGC programs+ Monitor platform performance and prepare regular reporting to support optimization and strategic decision-making+ Support the repurposing and downstream use of social and UGC content across paid media, website content, email/CRM, and other marketing channels+ Develop training materials, documentation, and guidance to enable supported practices to capture and submit social-ready and UGC content in alignment with established standards+ Identify trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform ongoing strategy+ Support integration of social media efforts with broader brand, content, and digital marketing initiatives**Educational Requirements**+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field**General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**+ 5+ years of experience managing organic social media content for a brand or organization, preferably in a regulated or multi-location environment+ Demonstrated experience building and managing scalable UGC programs across distributed or multi-location networks+ Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube+ Working knowledge of patient consent considerations, HIPAA-safe content practices, and brand compliance requirements+ Experience developing content strategies, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks+ Strong understanding of community management, moderation standards, and escalation processes+ Ability to manage complex workflows involving internal teams, external partners, and local contributors+ Strong written communication skills with attention to tone, clarity, and consistency+ Familiarity with social media publishing, monitoring, and analytics tools+ Ability to work independently while collaborating across cross-functional teams**Job Details****Pay Type** **Salary****Job Category** **Corporate**
