This position is part of our Customer Care team providing top-notch service to our customers by answering questions, solving problems, providing education, and maintaining the company's reputation. Responsibilities: The Dedicated Customer Care Representative is expected to perform all the essential duties timely and accurately, in accordance with all applicable company policies, procedures, processes, and practices, and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The essential duties below are not intended to be all-inclusive, but rather indicative of the duties normally associated with the job.Review, assign, and reply to all customer service requests, and maintain the service request systemField incoming phone calls and emails, and respond to customers using various forms of communicationEnsure Homeowner satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and information to resolve any issuesCommunicate and meet with HOA Management and maintain a strong customer service relationshipParticipate in weekly meetings with Juniper Account Managers and Customer Service DirectorAssist with creating proposalsMaintain HOA proposal spreadsheet with updated information, as requestedFollow up on payments that are past dueMaintain inspection spreadsheet for HOA managementSchedule appointments with owners and Account/Irrigation ManagersMaintain a shared calendar of HOA replacement/enhancement schedules, as requestedPerform other relevant duties as assigned. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in a customer service-related roleBasic landscaping industry knowledgeBilingual in English and Spanish is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to foster and maintain relationshipsOrganizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at oncePositive, service-oriented attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environmentBasic computer skills, including MS Office, and excellent phone dispositionWillingness to work independently or as part of a team We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
