Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system Handle cash and perform cash handling duties with precision Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment Stock shelves and ensure products are organized and accessible Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience Experience in retail sales, preferably in a grocery store environment Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering duties Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately Knowledge of merchandising techniques to display products attractively Experience with product demos to engage customers effectively Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate, where your contributions will directly impact our customers' experiences and our store's success.
