Job DescriptionIndustrial Maintenance TechnicianLocation: Wickliffe, OHPay Rate: $25 - $35/hr (DOE)Shift: 12-hour shifts (rotating schedule)About the RoleA leading manufacturer of airfoil castings for the aerospace and gas turbine industries is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is a contract-to-hire position with a 90-day evaluation period.The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, including furnaces, cranes, robotic systems, finishing equipment, and other industrial machinery.Responsibilities include:Performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs (mechanical, electrical up to 480v, pneumatic, and hydraulic).Working with HVAC/forced air systems, pipefitting, and conduit installation.Maintaining work order logs and keeping the maintenance shop organized.Operating in a high-heat, industrial setting with mandatory overtime.QualificationsExperience in industrial maintenance (HVAC, electrical, pipefitting, etc.).Electrical knowledge (3-phase / 480v exposure) preferred.PLC repair experience (training available if needed).Ability to lift, bend, crawl into confined spaces, and work in hot environments.US Citizenship required (must present birth certificate or passport and HS diploma on the first day).Must be reliable, willing to work 12-hour shifts, and open to overtime.Schedule & Work EnvironmentRotating schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)Example: Week 1 (Mon-Tue, Sat-Sun), Week 2 (Wed-Thu-Fri), alternating weekly.Steel-toed boots required; uniforms provided after permanent hire.Strong performance leads to promotions and cross-training opportunities.Benefits (Upon Permanent Hire)401(k) with two plan optionsMedical, Vision, and Dental insurance (no premium increase in 8 years)Quarterly cash bonuses10 paid holidays & vacationApplication ProcessOn-site interview with HR and supervisor.Background check & drug screen required.Paid orientation (typically Mondays).Join a company that values hard work, reliability, and career growth!
