Associate Director of QMS (Nutraceutical)

We are seeking an Associate Director of Quality Management Systems (Global). This role is responsible for overseeing the global Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across multiple regions and sites.Must haves:Be able to travel 25% to domestic locations on the West Coast in the first 6 months.Strong leadership experience. Ability to mentor and groom junior associates.Nutraceutical or Bioscience experience is a must!Has previously supported Global teams. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and harmonize global QA and QC teams across regionsOversee and maintain the global QMSEnsure compliance with GMP, GLP, ISO, and international regulatory standardsManage audits, inspections, CAPA, and risk management processesPartner cross-functionally to embed quality throughout the product lifecycleDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Bioscience, Biotechnology, or related field (advanced degree preferred)8+ years of quality experience in bioscience or nutraceutical industries5+ years leading internal & external QA/QC teamsStrong knowledge of global regulatory requirements and audit managementProven ability to lead distributed teams in a remote environmentINDBH
