Our team is passionate about nurturing the unique needs of each student and creating a vibrant learning community.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Assistant GSRP Teacher role is located in Standish, MI. The Assistant GSRP Teacher will work closely with the lead teacher to implement lesson plans, deliver educational activities, and foster a dynamic learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with classroom management, supporting individualized learning, engaging in direct communication with students, and maintaining a safe, engaging, and supportive space for children. The role also involves collaborating in planning, teaching, and documenting progress to meet the program's educational goals.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to effectively design engaging and age-appropriate educational activitiesBackground in Education and Teaching, with experience fostering development and learning in early childhoodStrong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and staffExperience in Training and mentoring to support individual and group learning goalsAbility to manage classroom dynamics and create a positive and inclusive learning environmentPassion for early childhood education and developmentCompletion of relevant certifications or coursework in early childhood education is highly desirable. CDA or Associates Degree required
