Job Description Physical TherapistSalary Range: $41.18 - $43.90 per hourSchedule: Full time (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday, no weekend rotation. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients improve their physical well-being and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to promote healing, pain relief, and functional improvement.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories, physical abilities, and functional limitationsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goalsUtilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' strength, flexibility, mobility, and overall physical functionMonitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate updates to the patient's healthcare teamEducate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities to promote continued progress and independenceCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patientsStay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy through continuing education and professional development opportunitiesQualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent state license to practice as a Physical TherapistMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a diverse patient populationStrong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamProven ability to develop and implement effective treatment plansBasic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems
