Physician Medical Director – Equity Partnership Opportunity (Personal Injury Medicine) We are seeking a licensed Physician to serve as Medical Director for a growing medical practice focused on treating patients involved in personal injury cases. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician who is interested in helping guide the strategic growth and development of a medical practice. The role includes the potential for an equity partnership for the right candidate.This position is strictly a strategic leadership role. The Medical Director will not be overseeing or providing direct patient care. Instead, the physician will play a key role in helping shape the long-term direction, structure, and compliance framework of the practice.ResponsibilitiesProviding high-level medical oversight for the practice structure and policiesAssisting with the development of treatment guidelines and clinical protocolsSupporting regulatory compliance and adherence to state requirementsAdvising leadership on best practices related to personal injury medicineParticipating in strategic planning and practice growth initiativesServing as Medical Director in accordance with Utah state regulatory requirementsQualificationsMD or DO with an active medical license in Utah (required)Interest in medical leadership, advisory roles, or practice developmentExperience in personal injury medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or physical medicine is preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with lien-based or third-party billing models is a plusInterest in long-term growth and potential partnership opportunitiesCompensationMedical Director stipendPotential equity ownership in the practice for the right candidate#J-18808-Ljbffr
