Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. You'll step in to assist while the district psychologist is on leave, focusing on addressing outstanding assessments and collaborating with school staff to meet student needs.Key Qualifications:Master's or higher degree in School Psychology or related fieldValid state licensure/certification as a School PsychologistPrevious experience conducting psychoeducational assessments in school settingsStrong knowledge of special education processes and eligibility criteriaExcellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and team meetingsAbility to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialistsPrimary Responsibilities:Complete outstanding psychoeducational assessments as assignedProvide clear, comprehensive evaluation reports in accordance with district and state requirementsParticipate in student-centered meetings, sharing assessment results with IEP teams and supporting collaborative decision makingOffer expertise and recommendations regarding academic, social, and behavioral interventionsMaintain accurate records and documentation as requiredServe as a resource to staff and parents, offering consultation, support, and strategies to promote student successThis position is ideal for professionals comfortable with a flexible contract role, seeking meaningful work in an onsite school environment.
