Receiver Return Goods

JOB SUMMARY:To receive, review and disposition parts returned under warranty policies.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Receives, reviews and determines disposition of parts returned to Warranty Administration. Lists all applicable data on daily claims control log and enters into system for processing. Accumulates parts according to established procedures awaiting final disposition. Maintains stockroom and participates in physical inventory as required. Processes and returns parts to the appropriate Company division, vendor or customer in a timely manner upon receiving final disposition. Maintains records and parts on special programs. Receives, inspects and locates all returned exchange parts. Transfers exchange components to inventory control/reman exchange. Maintains files and records on Parts Releases, Ship Tickets, and other paperwork and prepares reports as required. Responsible only for own work.EDUCATION: Must have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification. Requires broad knowledge of aircraft parts and equipment, forklift license, and the ability to read aircraft blueprints.EXPERIENCE: 6+ months experience receiving, inspecting, and stocking parts in a warehouse environment.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this job.
