Your responsibilities will include adhering to established care plans and delivering evidence-based treatment methods to help patients regain their previous levels of function. Additionally, maintaining accurate and current documentation and billing is essential. A solid understanding of the musculoskeletal system, familiarity with various post-operative protocols, and experience in wound care are preferred. We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing 1:1 care to our patients within a 40–60-minute session. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience, certifications, and specialties.QualificationsDemonstrated work or clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Extensive education and clinical knowledgeAbility to manage diverse patient personalitiesCurrent understanding of treatment methodologiesCommitment to continuous learning and professional growthExemplary professional conductStrong interpersonal communication abilitiesValid license to practice physical therapy (willing to work with a limited license until full licensure is obtained)Graduate degree or higher in physical therapy assistanceAdditional InformationCompensation: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.Sign-on bonus of $3,000 available.
