ENT (Otolaryngologist) - Manhattan, NY Job Type: Full-timeShifts: Days Open to Working Across Multiple Locations Position Overview:We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible ENT (Otolaryngologist) to join our expanding team. The physician will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for adult and pediatric patients across multiple locations.Chinese-speaking candidates are strongly preferred, as the majority of our patients are Chinese-speaking.This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for a high-volume practice, strong referral support, and long-term career growth.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neckPerform medical and surgical procedures, including:Endoscopic sinus surgeryTonsillectomy and adenoidectomyHead and neck proceduresManage hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, allergy, and sleep disordersConduct and interpret diagnostic tests (audiograms, imaging, endoscopy)Develop and implement individualized treatment plansProvide pre- and post-operative patient careEducate patients and families on treatment and recoveryQualifications:MD or DO from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of Otolaryngology residencyBoard Certified or Board Eligible in OtolaryngologyActive New York medical license (or ability to obtain)DEA certification (if applicable)Strong clinical and surgical skillsChinese-speaking preferredBenefits:Productivity incentivesH1B Visa Sponsorship (for qualified candidates)Flexible schedulingHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceMalpractice coveragePaid Time Off (PTO)CME AllowanceRetirement Plan Options
