Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performanceAssist in designing, implementing, and improving systems and processesProvide user support, training, and system issue trackingLearn and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production workflowsHelp design and implement control systems to minimize production issues and costsCustomize MES tools to align with business and production requirementsAdminister and support production-related applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system inefficienciesRequirementsEducation & ExperienceAssociate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience0–3 years of relevant experience in IT, systems support, or software developmentExposure to Python or another programming language preferredBasic understanding of software development or system support tools and techniquesFamiliarity with databases is a plusQualificationsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detailSelf-motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented with the ability to learn quicklyAbility to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaborationAbility to clearly convey technical concepts and instructionsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project)Strong organizational and time management skills
