The successful candidate will be a Christ-centered leader with a deep commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. This role involves overseeing the organization's significant operations, including staff, programs, and multiple facilities, and requires the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with community and faith leaders, donors, and other nonprofit organizations. The Executive Director will also be responsible for fundraising, using business acumen to manage finances and daily operations, and leading the staff in a manner that is both mission-driven and business-competent. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in an executive leadership role, with a preference for those holding a four-year degree or higher. Authenticity as a Christian and experience in leading a similar-sized 501c3 nonprofit organization are essential.
