We strongly believe that great ideas can come from all members and roles on a team, and that everyone contributes uniquely to the company's culture and products.ABOUTTHEROLEWe're hiring a GTM Marketing Lead to build and own the revenue-facing marketing engine at AudioShake. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on lifecycle, conversion, and measurement—not brand or top‐of‐funnel awareness.You will operationalize existing brand assets and narratives created by our Brand marketer, partner directly with Sales and BD, and build the marketing backbone that allows us to scale without losing focus or quality.WHATYOU'LLOWNLifecycle & Revenue MarketingDesign and own lifecycle marketing across prospects, pipeline, and customersCreate and run nurture programs that measurably move deals forwardOwn customer marketing workstream: expansion campaigns, renewal communications, product adoption messagingDevelop and maintain lead scoring modelSales-Adjacent CommunicationsTurn product launches, conferences, and case studies into sales moments and deal momentumBuild repeatable sales comms playbooks (email templates, sequences, follow‐ups)Partner with Sales to reduce deal inertia and improve conversion velocityDefine cadence, audience targeting, and goals for all sales‐facing campaignsMeasure campaign performance and feed data back to Sales and BrandWebsite, Conversion & SEODefine website conversion goals and funnel steps by ICP and use caseIdentify and prioritize landing pages by vertical and personaOptimize existing traffic conversion through A/B testing, CTA refinement, and funnel analysisMeasure and improve conversion performance over timeMeasurement & AttributionStand up a practical attribution modelEstablish visibility into what content, campaigns, and channels drive pipeline and ACVBuild lightweight dashboards and feedback loops for continuous improvementOwn reporting on marketing‐sourced pipeline and conversion rates by segmentMarketing Operations & SystemsOwn CRM and marketing automation platform administrationSet marketing cadence aligned to sales cycles, launches, and eventsManage marketing technology stack and vendor relationshipsOwn shipping, timing, and follow‐through across channelsBring operational structure without bureaucracyAuthority to allocate marketing budget within approved channelsCadence & Operational BackboneSet marketing cadence aligned to sales cycles, launches, and eventsOwn shipping, timing, and follow‐through across channelsBring structure without bureaucracyWHOYOUARE8–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketingSenior individual contributor who has built revenue marketing systems beforeDeeply comfortable partnering with SalesStrong judgment in ambiguous, early‐stage environmentsHands‐on: you've personally set up CRM workflows, written sales emails, and built dashboardsExcited by technical products and enterprise buyersYou May Have Previously Been aFounding MarketerHead of Growth at an early‐stage companyBonus PointsExperience working in AI, infrastructure, or creator toolsBENEFITSHealth, vision, and dental benefitsUnlimited vacationFrequent team meet‐ups in different parts of the worldEquity optionsHIRINGLOCATIONThis role is based in San Francisco, California.
