UK Aftermarket Sales Account Manager
Job TitleYou will be responsible for proactively generating revenue from the sale of contracts and hire of rental machines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of sales, planning, and customer interaction. You will be responsible for securing specified service contracts, pushing the hire and rental revenue and coordinating machines to be on site inline with the customers expectations.ResponsibilitiesDevelop a strategy of how to best support the sales of Loma's Contracts & Hire machines. Create a deliverable Sales Plan and identify sites for new business opportunitiesTo review performance of existing contracts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cross-selling and working with the wider sales team to maximise Loma's market shareMeet and exceed the agreed sales revenue target by maximising the retention of existing service contact revenue and proactively developing new business whilst maintain pricing levels and marginsPrepare customer proposals, follow up and win businessPromote Loma service offering and work closely with the other internal functions to ensure aftermarket revenue is maximisedAct as the primary point of contact for customers with regards to the promotion of Loma's aftermarket productsUpdate the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate and up to dateFeedback competitor activity and market developments to the wider sales teamsSkills Qualifications & ExperienceExperience selling an intangible product such as Service ContractsAbility to understand technical company sales tools including design guides for Metal Detectors, Checkweighers and X-Ray equipment and the associated technical applicationsA proven track-record of success meeting and exceeding sales targets by partnering with customers in a technical sales roleSelf-organised with an ability to manage a busy schedule and workload.
