Line Cook

We are looking for a professional line / restaurant cook with the following skills: - A few years experience as a line / restaurant cook - Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures - Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Responsibilities: - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Prep food for service to our specifications - Assist the Chef in cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the staff - Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance - Ensure that orders are completed according to request, simultaneously and on time - Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store the equipment appropriately at the end of shifts - Comply with the kitchen operation & hygiene procedures in the respect of food safety standards and regulations - Stock and maintain inventory appropriately - Answer, report and follow all operational instructions If you are a fast-learner, detail-oriented person eager to excel and grow, apply NOW by emailing your resume to Chezmariefrenchbistro@gmail.com.
