This role owns the regional customer success strategy for key accounts, focusing on value realization, workflow transformation, retention, and usage growth. The role combines people leadership, strategic account ownership, and a modern, data-driven customer success approach.ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of customer success professionals supporting key and strategic law firm customersOwn the regional customer success strategy, driving customer health, retention, usage growth, and long-term valueGuide the team in building trusted advisor relationships and creating tailored success plans aligned to firm goals and workflowsPartner with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement on strategic account planning and business reviewsUse customer health, engagement, and usage data to identify adoption barriers and guide change management effortsDrive deeper integration of LexisNexis solutions into customer workflows and business processesRepresent the voice of the customer by sharing insights and feedback with internal stakeholdersSupport transformation initiatives that improve customer outcomes across the full lifecycleRequirementsJD/ MBA highly preferredExperience working with law firms, legal professionals, or legal technology environmentsProven people leadership experience in customer success, enterprise software, consulting, or strategic account rolesStrong understanding of large law firm workflows and stakeholder dynamicsAbility to coach teams on executive engagement, change management, and value-based customer conversationsExperience using customer health, engagement, and usage data to inform account strategy and improve retentionComfort working cross-functionally in complex, matrixed organizationsProficiency with CRM, customer success, analytics, and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Seismic, Tableau, or similar platformsFamiliarity with AI-powered technologies and their application in professional workflowsWork in a way that works for youWorking flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive. Total Target Cash Range: $144,100 - $267,400. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $98,500 - $183,000.
