Role Description The National Account Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with multi-site business clients. This full-time, on-site role, based in Schaumburg, IL, includes creating and executing strategic sales plans, achieving revenue targets, and managing the sales pipeline. The position involves conducting client presentations, understanding customer needs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver high-quality brand implementation solutions. The ideal candidate will also assist in tracking and analyzing market trends to support business growth initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the signage, branding, or facility services industryStrong relationship building, client communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to develop and implement strategic sales plans for achieving projected revenue goalsProficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systemsComfortable working in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Schaumburg, ILStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environmentPassion for maintaining brand standards and delivering quality customer serviceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredWillingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients across various locations
