You'll be responsible for all cleaning duties of the interior and exterior of the building. This includes trash and debris removal, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning mirrors, cleaning stairwell, full service of restrooms, wipe down and apply stainless steel cleaner where applicable. Other maintenance may include hanging signage, replacing light bulbs and cleaning stained walls. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, pays attention to detail, has great customer service, the ability to multitask, can work well independently, have great time management skills, reports to work as scheduled, and takes pride in their job.Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building interior and exteriorVacuum carpets, mop floors, clean restrooms, dust, remove trash and other debrisClean windows, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basisWipe up spills and other hazards with a mopSecure the building and inspect the premisesUse a daily cleaning checklist for areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairsQualifications Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalentAt least 1 year of experience in janitorial servicesDriver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksiteExperience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipmentExcellent stamina and physical healthMust be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
