Service Development Manager – Commercial RoofingWindsor, ColoradoWhite Castle Roofing is expanding our Commercial Roofing Service Division in Northern Colorado and is seeking a Service Development Manager to help build and grow the Windsor market.This is not a traditional office-based Service Manager role overseeing large existing crews and dispatching daily work orders. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, driven, and adaptable who wants the opportunity to help develop a service division from the ground up.In the early stages, this position will focus heavily on developing customer relationships, identifying service opportunities, performing roof inspections, preparing estimates, and completing service work as needed. As the division grows, this individual will help recruit and develop technicians, establish service processes, build crews, and transition into leading the day-to-day operations of the Windsor Service Division.Key Responsibilities:Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, general contractors, and building ownersIdentify and generate commercial roofing service opportunitiesPerform roof inspections, leak investigations, and roof condition assessmentsPrepare repair recommendations, scopes of work, and estimatesComplete service repairs and maintenance work during growth stagesCoordinate scheduling, materials, and customer communicationHelp establish service standards, processes, and expectations for the marketAssist with recruiting, training, and developing future service techniciansBuild and grow the Windsor Service Division over timeQualifications:Experience in commercial roofing service, repairs, or maintenanceStrong communication and customer relationship skillsAbility to inspect, diagnose, and recommend roofing solutionsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyOrganized and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentLeadership mindset with a long-term growth focusValid driver’s license and acceptable driving recordThis position is ideal for someone who understands that building a successful service department starts with creating opportunities, earning customer trust, and being willing to do what is needed during the early growth stages.The Windsor Service Market has significant long-term growth potential, and this role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the company while helping establish a strong presence in Northern Colorado.Benefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Commercial Roofing: 3 years (Required)Business development: 3 years (Required)Roofing Estimation : 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Willingness to travel:50% (Required)Work Location: In person
