The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client success by serving as the main point of contact for all account-related activities. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to address client needs, implementing solutions to meet business objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure service delivery alignment, managing contracts, and monitoring account performance metrics. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.Experience in customer engagement, account management, and resolving client issues effectively.Proficiency in analyzing account performance data and reporting key metrics.Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.Ability to create and implement strategic account plans.Problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently in a remote environment.Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
