This is not a plastic injection molding or single-strike CNC environment. The role supports complex, low-volume / high-precision work using advanced CNC equipment in an ISO 9001 / AS9100–certified environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and operate multi-axis CNC machines to optimize throughput and efficiency.Review production schedules and develop CNC programs for assigned work.Ensure proper tooling, materials, and setups are prepared and used effectively.Machine parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances.Monitor job progress and communicate completion times or issues to leadership.Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize machine utilization and productivity.Perform basic preventative maintenance on assigned machines.Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to achieve production goals.Required Experience & Skills3–5 years of experience as a CNC Operator/Programmer.Hands-on multi-axis machining experience strongly preferred.Ability to independently program, set up, and operate CNC equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving abilities.Team-oriented with strong communication skills.Additional Details1st and 2nd shift openings available.Night shift includes premium pay.Typical work week is approximately 50 hours (may vary based on workload).Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment on technically challenging parts.
