Sales Support Specialist (Radio)

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist RadioLocation: Fort Myers, Florida (On-site)Join Our Growing Team!Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Support Specialist to support our multiple radio properties in Southwest Florida. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to grow within the media industry.What Youll Do:Enter, revise, and maintain radio advertising orders, including endorsements and talent feesDistribute invoices, cash statements, and spot reports to Account Executives and clientsReconcile billing discrepancies by comparing ordered vs. aired spots and processing adjustmentsPull and confirm insertion orders from local and national portalsEnter and manage makegoods as requested by Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate advertisers and agency profiles in sales systemsScan, file, and organize signed insertion orders and sales documentsGenerate and distribute weekly and monthly reports, including BOB reports and talent fee reportsCollaborate with internal teamsincluding promotions, production, traffic, and programmingto ensure seamless campaign executionAssist Account Executives with proposals, client communications, and schedulingProvide general administrative and office support, including answering incoming callsLearn and utilize radio sales systems and tools (WideOrbit experience a plus)What Youll Bring:Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office or administrative support roleStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-through skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)Ability to work both independently and collaborativelyPositive, professional, and team-oriented attitudeBilingual - English/Spanish a plusPhysical Requirements:Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computerAbility to use standard office equipment, including computers and phonesAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
