POSITION SUMMARY: Maintains the cleanliness of the Casino property and landscape areasESSENTIAL DUTIES:Maintain all parking lots free of trash, spills, glass, all debris.Maintain outside irrigation systems.Maintain, trim, feed, and irrigate all trees, shrubs, and lawns.Maintain all sidewalks free of ice, snow and debris.QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.Required Education: N/A Preferred Education: N/AWork Experience:1 year minimum of landscape/grounds experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Knowledge of small engine maintenance and repair, drip and sprinkler systems, irrigation valve function, irrigation controllers, and irrigation line repair.General knowledge/skill in operating all grounds/landscaping equipment.Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:N/AMust be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
