This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys fast-paced deal work and wants meaningful responsibility on complex private equity transactions.About the RoleThis role focuses on mergers and acquisitions for private equity sponsors and other complex corporate transactions, with an emphasis on middle-market deals.
