We’re proud to share our story and Make Amazing Happen at CDW.Job Summary:The Sr. Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Sales leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities. This role is responsible for complex calendar and meeting management, reporting coordination, project and event support, and process improvement. Success in this role requires strong judgment, discretion, business acumen, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Do:Manage complex calendars and schedule internal and external meetings on behalf of Sales leadersSupport and help facilitate partner engagement, including coordinating partner meetings, communications, and event participationCoordinate virtual meetings (Webex/teleconference) and in-person meeting logistics, including locations, catering, materials, and technologyRecord accurate meeting notes, summarize discussions, and distribute action itemsManage email and voicemail on behalf of leaders, prioritizing and responding as appropriateDraft, proofread, format, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentationsSupport the development of leadership presentations, including Executive Committee materialsIdentify and support key sales reporting needs across segments and regionsCreate, run, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc sales reportsValidate data accuracy, interpret insights, and ensure reports align with leadership decision-making needsCollaborate with Sales Analytics and Sales Operations to improve reporting efficiency and automationSupport special projects and strategic initiatives, including capturing requirements, tracking milestones, and maintaining project documentationCoordinate sales meetings, advisory boards, and team events, including registrations, vendors, budgets, and on-site logisticsTrack event expenses and ensure adherence to budgetsCoordinate leadership travel arrangements and itinerariesPrepare, submit, and process expense reports and e-Procurement requestsMonitor corporate credit card activity and submit event approvalsManage timekeeping updates and assist with time-off approvals on behalf of leadersServe as a point of contact for vendors, customer advisory boards, and internal stakeholdersWelcome and coordinate visits for internal and external guestsDevelop a strong understanding of sales segment goals, revenue performance, and reporting cadenceAnticipate leader needs and proactively remove administrative burdensIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and standardize workflowsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionMaintain organizational charts, distribution lists, and account updatesSupport Salesforce-related updates, account moves, and data validationOrder office supplies and coordinate equipment setup (credit cards, mobile phones)Assist with team and departmental initiatives as neededWhat We Expect Of You:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Support, Executive Assistant, or Customer Service rolesProven ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing prioritiesAdvanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and complex formulas)Experience validating, analyzing, and interpreting dataProficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to travel up to 10% as neededAbility to remain in a stationary position approximately 50% of the timeBachelor’s degree preferred.Pay range: $22.33 – 35.48, hourly depending on experience and skill set.
