Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to be a part of our growing construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks on residential and commercial projects, ensuring precision, safety, and quality at every stage. Responsibilities
Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements.
Measure, cut, assemble, and install wood framing, cabinetry, doors, windows, siding, flooring, and trim with precision.
Operate hand tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, and screwdrivers as well as power tools including drills, saws, sanders for woodworking and construction tasks.
Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks safely while adhering to power tool safety protocols.
Execute specialized tasks such as occasional concrete and masonry work, roofing repairs, stucco application, siding installation, and water damage restoration, etc.
Fabricate custom wood components using woodworking machines.
Ensure all work aligns with construction plans and specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Skills
Extensive experience in interpreting technical drawings.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for various building systems.
Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools for woodworking and general carpentry applications.
Skilled in residential carpentry including framing, finish carpentry, fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying and remodeling projects.
Familiarity with construction site safety practices including power tool safety protocols.
Ability to work with common construction materials such as siding, mold remediation products, plastering compounds, stucco mixes, water damage restoration materials and other related supplies.
Experience with heavy lifting equipment and scaffolding setup when required on large projects.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to carpentry components or custom built-in fabrication when applicable.
Experience in restoration industry projects including mold remediation or water damage repairs is a plus.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
