This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly advanced semiconductor manufacturing environment supporting critical wafer fabrication equipment and driving equipment reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives.PERKS AND BENEFITS:Competitive compensation $90000 to $130000 plus comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time offWork in a cutting-edge semiconductor wafer fabrication facilityOpportunity to make a direct impact on equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing performanceCollaborative engineering environment with strong cross-functional teamworkOpportunities for training, technical development, and advancementWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance and uptimeDevelop and maintain equipment specifications, PM procedures, and spare parts programsLead equipment improvement initiatives and troubleshoot complex system issues down to board levelSupport equipment installations, startups, relocations, and commissioning activitiesAnalyze equipment schematics and system data to support advanced troubleshooting effortsTrack and communicate daily equipment activities through meetings, presentations, and written pass downsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:5+ years of semiconductor equipment maintenance experience, preferably supporting Thin Films equipmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Equivalent military or technical training combined with significant industry experience will also be considered)Strong troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to diagnose complex equipment and system issuesExperience working on semiconductor toolsets such as AMAT Centura BPSG, AMAT Ultima HDP, AMAT Endura, Novellus Concept 2 Sequel, AG RTPs, or Tencor Metrology toolsYour ability to analyze equipment schematics and perform advanced troubleshooting will help drive equipment reliability and operational successABOUT US:TPD is a leading workforce solutions provider with a mission to help individuals succeed by providing access to opportunities in jobs, careers, and professional development.
