You will lead agency-wide modernization initiatives. Your primary focus is to eliminate administrative waste, reduce processing backlogs, and optimize taxpayer service delivery. You will reengineer legacy workflows into secure, data-driven digital processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Reengineering Projects: Direct end-to-end BPR initiatives across complex tax administration workflows.Apply Lean Six Sigma: Deploy Black Belt methodologies (DMAIC) to root out operational inefficiencies.Map Current State: Document complex, multi-department transactional processes and systemic bottlenecks.Design Future State: Create optimized, compliant digital workflows that maximize resource utilization.Analyze Operational Data: Standardize performance metrics, statistical controls, and key performance indicators.Manage Stakeholder Change: Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive leadership and front-line staff.Ensure Federal Compliance: Align all process modifications with federal tax laws and security protocols.
