Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant (Confidential Law Firm Search)
Location: Costa Mesa, CA (Onsite 4 days/week, 1 day remote)
Schedule: 37.5-hour work week (start time between 8:00-9:00 AM)
Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to 3-4 attorneys
Draft, format, and revise legal documents (pleadings, discovery, correspondence)
Handle e-filing in California state and federal courts
Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Coordinate depositions, hearings, trials, and litigation logistics
Prepare client materials and maintain organized case files
Assist with expense reports, time entry, and travel coordination
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of litigation legal assistant/secretary experience
Strong experience with state and federal e-filing (CA courts required)
Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Adobe
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
IP Litigation experience highly preferred
Also open to Business Litigation, Complex Litigation, or Insurance Defense backgrounds
Mid-to-large law firm experience strongly preferred
Experience with docketing systems and client management databases (e.g., CRM tools)
