You should be very comfortable with JQL, building boards, and the bulk edit tool. Jira project automation experience is a plus. You should be familiar with Confluence macros. One year experience as a Jira project administrator, including configuration/customization of a team project; managing sprints and releases; user management; JQL and reporting; configuring workflows SharePoint experience including: Experience designing and developing SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts; Knowledge of SharePoint permissions and security; Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Directly manage ongoing operational processes, including recurring meetings, project reviews, office hours, and project showcases, and vendor management and business reviews. Support documentation and enablement including documenting roles, processes, functions, and stakeholders Administer CSIA’s Jira projects and Confluence; manage user permissions and enablement; generate reports in Jira and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement; Build and maintain a SharePoint portal documenting. Description: Daily task: helping manager and come up with new process he will reviewing projects project show, analysis and show case manage vendors and do business review with those vendors need good documentation skills should be good in building accounts need SharePoint portal working experience he should pulling matrix and reports they have user matrix, this person would be building our dashboard. he should own and manage the projects. handle project management of that dashboard Skills: SharePoint experience nice to have, design experience in SharePoint. user design experience developing and building portal using SharePoint must have experience as a Jira project admin. understand Jira as project admin deep understand of how SharePoint works. understand work flow in Jira project. understand tickets in Jira project. project automation in Jira, nice to have but not require person should know how to manage people deliver projects on time. template with SharePoint is fine looking for person who like to build portals.
