As a Social Worker, you will assess the needs of individuals and families to develop strategies that ensure their safety, well-being, and self-sufficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, preparing case plans, providing counseling, and collaborating with other service providers to deliver comprehensive support. You will also document casework activities, maintain confidentiality, and comply with regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills to engage with diverse individuals and familiesProficiency in case management, assessment, and service coordinationKnowledge of social service policies, community resources, and state and federal regulationsAnalytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective case plansAbility to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentationBachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related human services fieldRelevant licensure or certification in social work (if applicable)Experience in social work or human services is preferred but not requiredCommitment to ethical practice, diversity, and inclusivityProficiency in using case management software and general computer applications
