Right Price.Position: IT Sourcing Pay Rate: $50-$52/hour on W2Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)Role Summary:We are looking for a strategic IT Sourcing leader who can act as a trusted partner to Technology and Business leaders. This role will lead complex IT sourcing initiatives, focusing on developing sourcing strategies, driving high-stakes negotiations, and executing high-value agreements for IT services and software portfolios.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for IT services and enterprise software (including Systems Integrators, Managed Services, and large transformation programs)Develop and execute IT category strategies aligned with business priorities and cost reduction goalsHandle complex negotiations involving SIs, outcome-based managed services, enterprise software agreements, and layered SOWs with SLAsDrive measurable cost savings, operational efficiency, and service continuityApply market intelligence, benchmarking, and cost modeling to strengthen negotiation outcomesSupport Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and performance governanceRequired Experience:7+ years in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management within IT/TechnologyStrong experience negotiating complex IT services, Systems Integrator deals, Managed Services, and enterprise software agreementsProven track record in developing IT sourcing/category strategiesExperience managing senior IT and business stakeholders in matrixed environmentsUniversity degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of progressively responsible sourcing experience in Software, Hardware, and Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS)Why Work With Us?We believe in more than just jobs—we build careers.
