Shift Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with occasional early or late meetings required. Job Summary The Clinical Research Support Office (CRSO) is seeking a Project Manager I. The position will be responsible for providing project management and comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the CRSO Executive Director, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting minutes, and grant, fiscal, and budget management. This position also provides support to CRSO management team and staff and governance committees. This position assists in the onboarding of CRSO employees, serves as first point of contact for CRSO guests, manages support for meetings/trainings, and maintains and organizes information for newsletters and web-based communications. As an active team member in the CRSO, this position provides high quality service to all internal and external customers to help facilitate productive relationships. Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor, reliable, exemplary customer service, ability to meet deadlines, flexibility, and project management.
