**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. **Responsibilities:** - Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs and develop personalized treatment plans. - Implement behavioral therapy techniques based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to improve patient outcomes. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. - Provide patient care and support in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, or school environments. - Work effectively with patients and their families to promote positive behavioral changes. - Stay current with the latest research and best practices in behavioral health and ABA. - Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. **Experience:** - Experience working with children with developmental disabilities and autism. - Proven experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or in a related field. - Familiarity with medical records and documentation processes. - Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse patient populations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Commitment to patient care and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. **Skills:** - Experience with children and adults with developmental disabilities and autism. - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral therapy techniques. - Ability to assess patient behavior and develop effective treatment plans. - Familiarity with medical records and documentation processes. - Experience with patient care and support. - Strong understanding of behavioral health and patient assessment. - Ability to work in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, or school environments. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
