The program can provide eviction prevention and deposit assistance, prioritizing applications based on need rather than a first-come, first-served basis.We value the respect and dignity of all. Responsibilities include managing client intake schedules, data entry, effective communication with clients and landlords, document collection for rental payments, and maintenance of payment tracking. Additionally, the specialist will assist with program-related assessments and provide general support. A demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural responsiveness and equity are crucial. This role requires interaction with clients, property owners, partners and the public.RequirementsRequired:High School diploma or GED requiredAdvanced proficiency communicating in Spanish, both speaking and writing requiredRequired prior to date of hire and throughout employment:Valid driver's licenseProof of current auto insuranceAccess to reliable transportationSatisfactory criminal background checkPreferred:AA or equivalent certification preferredIntermediate proficiency with computer and phone systems including MS Office programs, email, voicemail and office equipment preferredMinimum two years on the job experience in customer service preferredSalary Description
