About us Clark's American Bistro located in Durham NH Fall is our busy season so we are staffing up! We are looking for a Line Cook who is willing to jump right into the action and become a valued member of our team. Part time or full time hours are open. Durham is in a college town but we are not a college place-we cater to residents/faculty and staff at UNH. Students bring positive energy to our town and also our customers. We are closed all major holidays, provide parking, shift meal, bonus pay for busy days and opportunities for growth. Come grow with us!
