You’ll manage infrastructure for a diverse portfolio of clients — handling everything from firewall configs to cloud integrations — while building direct relationships with the businesses you support. This is an on-site role in Springfield, OR.What You’ll DoDesign, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across multiple client environmentsManage firewalls, switches, routers, access points, and VPNs (Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall)Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and keep systems secure and highly availableAdminister Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Exchange OnlineWork regularly with CloudShell, PowerShell, and terminal scriptingSupport network upgrades, migrations, and cloud integrations (Azure, AWS)Implement security best practices: segmentation, encryption, and access controlsUse MSP tools including RMM platforms and ticketing systemsDocument configurations and processes clearly for clients and internal referenceProvide remote and on-site client support as neededWhat We’re Looking ForRequired3+ years of hands-on experience as a Systems/Network Administrator (MSP background a big plus)Strong expertise in firewall and switch management (Fortinet, Cisco, SonicWall, or equivalent)Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and networking fundamentalsExperience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud networking (Azure or AWS)Familiarity with RMM tools and MSP workflowsStrong troubleshooting skills; able to work independently and communicate clearly with clientsMust live within commuting distance of Springfield, OR (this is a fully on-site position)Nice to HaveCertifications: CompTIA Net+, CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or similarExperience with pfSense, Unifi, or similar RMM/PSA platformsScripting skills in PowerShell or Bash for automationSchedule & LogisticsMonday – Friday, standard business hours (8-hour shifts). On-call rotation and occasional after-hours or weekend work required. This is a 100% on-site position in Springfield, OR 97477.
