Litigation Attorney

DescriptionAs a Litigation Attorney at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in representing clients and advancing their interests through all phases of the litigation process. You will manage a diverse caseload, collaborating with paralegals and other attorneys in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services.Key Responsibilities:+ Handle all aspects of litigation, including case assessment, strategy development, pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial.+ Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, briefs, and other court filings.+ Represent clients in hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.+ Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with court rules.+ Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to prepare for depositions and court appearances.+ Advise clients on legal risks, potential outcomes, and alternative dispute resolution strategies.+ Stay current with legal developments, court procedures, and emerging technologies such as AI tools and eDiscovery platforms.Requirements+ Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.+ Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or legal department.+ Strong knowledge of litigation, discovery, and trial procedures.+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to advocate and negotiate.+ Technical proficiency with legal research platforms and document management systems.+ Critical thinking, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning; AI literacy is a plus.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
