We’re building a team of self-motivated creatives who take pride in their craft and want to grow alongside a company that invests in them.The RoleWe’re looking for a part-time Creative Media Specialist to shoot real estate photography and video content across the Atlanta metro. You’ll represent Rex Visual on location, deliver high-quality media, and build relationships with our clients — top-producing real estate agents who expect the best.This is an ideal role for an experienced photographer or videographer looking for consistent, flexible part-time income alongside other work.What You’ll DoShoot real estate photography and video content at residential properties across metro AtlantaAssist with studio shoots for agent headshots and personal branding content as neededCapture lifestyle and editorial content at local Atlanta attractions and community spaces from time to timeDeliver a consistent, professional experience to every client on locationUpload and organize media same-day following each shootLearn and execute Rex Visual’s established shot checklists and quality standardsOperate drone equipment for aerial content (training provided if not already certified)Represent the Rex Visual brand with professionalism and a client-first attitudePay StructureWe use a transparent day rate structure so you always know what you’re earning before you leave the house:1-shoot day: $1102-shoot day: $1653-shoot day: $215New specialists begin at a training rate of $100/day during a 4–6 week onboarding period, with full day rates beginning upon certification.Day rates are inclusive of travel. Upload is part of the role and included in your day rate — uploads are due within 2 hours of your last shoot.Bonus earning potential: Specialists who bring their own professional camera, video, or drone equipment are eligible for higher day rates.
