Project Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 — Civil or Architectural Engineering. • 𝟏𝟓+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of relevant experience in Engineering, Construction, and Project Management. • Proven experience managing 𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞-𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐞 Construction / Development projects. • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬. • Strong knowledge of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. • Excellent 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 skills. • 𝐏𝐌𝐏 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is preferred. • Previous experience in 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 / 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 is highly preferred.𝐊𝐄𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒:• Oversee the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 and ensure effective management of projects by Project Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors.• Develop and review detailed 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐬𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬.• Guide, support, and advise 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫𝐬 throughout project execution.• Manage and evaluate the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 to ensure strong performance and continuous improvement.• Ensure Project Managers prepare effective 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 that support project profitability.• Manage relationships with 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.• Ensure project management plans are aligned with the company's 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐨𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬.• Monitor 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐬. 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.• Ensure effective 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 throughout the project lifecycle.
