Forms Completion Specialist
A company is looking for a Forms Completion Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Process FMLA/Short Term Disability paperwork and ensure timely completion
Communicate with patients and physician coordinators regarding disability/FMLA paperwork
Validate and process incoming requests for Protected Health Information (PHI) while adhering to compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
1 year of prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting
Strong computer software experience, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes quickly
