Commercial Plumber
Established service organization seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair projects within commercial and industrial facilities.Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial plumbing systems and equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions.Install and service piping systems, fixtures, drains, water heaters, valves, and related equipment.Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on plumbing systems.Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job site activities.Maintain accurate service records, materials usage, and work documentation.Respond to emergency service calls and urgent repair requests as needed.Operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely and effectively.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Provide professional customer service and communication while on job sites.Minimum Of 3 Years Of Commercial Plumbing Experience Preferred.Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, piping, and fixtures.Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.Experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing-related issues.Familiarity with local plumbing codes and safety requirements.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.Ability to lift equipment and materials and work in various physical environments.This leadership role is based in Kenton, Ohio and is ideal for an experienced door installer ready to take ownership of projects and lead a crew.A growing, multi-entity organization is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls.
