Job Description Industrial Electrician Concord FacilityShift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PMPay: $28-$34/hour, based on experienceThe Concord facility is seeking an Industrial Electrician. This position is primarily responsible for machine wiring and electrical assembly for custom, one-of-a-kind machines built to electrical specifications. A strong mechanical background is preferred, and on-site training will be provided.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and wire custom machines using engineering documentationPerform panel building and wiringComplete primarily electrical work, with some mechanical and pneumatic assembly as neededRead and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, sketches, and installation specificationsPlan layouts and install electrical wiring, fixtures, and control equipment in control cabinetsPerform tasks such as mounting, fastening, drilling and tapping, positioning, leveling, and plumbing pneumatics and other tube- or pipe-based systemsWork closely with the project team to debug, troubleshoot, and solve machine-related challengesSupport the machine-building process through acceptance testing, including possible on-site customer installations and start-up supportAssist with other duties as needed, including packing outgoing equipment and crating/packaging machineryMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work environmentQualificationsStrong industrial electrical knowledgeStrong troubleshooting and strategic thinking skillsAbility to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawingsAbility to read and interpret pneumatic schematics and electrical wiring diagramsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsAbility to operate lift trucks and overhead cranesAbility to work overtime as neededMancan Temporary Staffing Employment Agency do offer our temporary employees full benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, 401K, as well as vision, dental, and medical.
