Surgical Tech Location: Santa Fe, NM Agency: Jackson HealthPros Pay: $1,314 to $1,514 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/22/2026 About the Position Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team. Minimum Requirements: Current Certified Surgical Technologist credential from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or completion of an accredited LVN/LPN program. Client requires Certified Surgical Technologist or LVN/LPN license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a Surgical Technology program or accredited LVN/LPN program required. Ability to proficiently scrub multiple specialty areas. Experience with transplants, open heart, urology, neurology, robotics, or titanium rib procedures is highly preferred. Familiarity with decontamination, processing, and sterilization procedures for surgical instruments and supplies. Minimum experience: 2 or more years preferred in a surgical/OR environment. Work schedule: 4 days, 10-hour shifts. Work type: Full Time. Floating requirement: Must float as needed within Surgical Services. On-call and weekend: No weekend requirement. On-call coverage is not required but optional call pickup at main campus is permitted. Blocked scheduling accommodated.
