Whether you're supporting aging adults, the injured, or individuals with developmental disabilities, your care matters here.As a Training Coordinator at Cambrian Homecare LLC, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of our caregiver team. In addition to managing internal training efforts, you will also represent Cambrian Homecare LLC, in the community by building relationships with referral sources and workforce development agencies. This dual role is essential in ensuring our caregivers are well-prepared and that Cambrian maintains strong ties with our community partners.Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pmThis is not a remote positionResponsibilitiesTraining & DevelopmentCoordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training sessions for new and existing care providersEnsure orientation documents are complete and accurate according to company and regulatory requirementsCoordinate and report training compliance for care providersEnsure new care provider skill competency – both in-home and skills lab settingParticipate in training initiatives to ensure best possible resultsDocument all training and development activities and communication per company guidelinesProvide in home provider skills training as requestedCollaborate with the quality department to identify training and/or quality opportunities for newly hired caregiversCommunity CollaborationBuild and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, workforce development agencies and referral sourcesAttend community and referral source meetings as assignedAssist to identify training needs learned through caregiver and community interactionsQualificationsQualificationsHighschool diploma or equivalentStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to deliver engaging and effective training sessionsAbility to bend and lift 50lbsFluency in both English and SpanishExperience working with the Developmentally Disabled or senior population a plusExperience in home care or healthcare training a plusRequirments18+ years oldUS work authorizationAbility to pass a background check and reference checkWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
